Muhammad started Bird Box BPO after seeing how many capable Pakistani founders and freelancers were shut out of US company formation and banking simply because of where their passport was issued. He registered Bird Box BPO LLC in New York in January 2025 to close that gap — pairing US business formation with the back-office operations that keep those companies running day to day, delivered remotely from Pakistan.
He is the LLC's sole member, its registered agent of record, and the person who signs off on every client's formation filing.
The operations team is based at our office in Lahore, and works with founders across Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad and every other city in Pakistan — the whole process is remote, so where you're based has never mattered.
