Services

We provide US business-formation assistance (LLC registration, EIN/ITIN, registered agent, banking & payment-gateway facilitation, trademark/copyright filing, compliance) and business-process outsourcing (BPO) services. We are a service facilitator, not a law firm, bank, or accountancy firm, and we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice.

Client responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents.
• You are responsible for the lawful operation of any company we help you form.
• You must not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent or prohibited purpose.

Fees & third-party costs

All prices on this website and in any quote we send are in US Dollars (USD) unless we state otherwise.

Our service fees are separate from third-party charges such as state filing fees, registered-agent renewals, and government charges, which are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority.

Turnaround & approvals

Timelines are estimates that depend on government agencies, banks and payment providers whose decisions are outside our control. We do not guarantee approval by any bank, payment processor, or authority.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid to us for the specific service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
